# Frequently Asked Questions

#### 1. What is AmanaFi?

AmanaFi is the first multi-feature Sharia-compliant decentralised finance (DeFi) application built on the Haqq Network. It is designed to facilitate transactions within the Haqq Network ecosystem while adhering to Islamic economics and finance principles. AmanaFi offers features like Productive Waqf Staking, USDC Rahn-Based Lending and Borrowing, AmanaDAO, and AmanaFi Open World.

#### 2. How does Productive Waqf Staking work?

In Productive Waqf Staking, users stake $ISLM tokens as a Waqf or endowment. These tokens are staked to validators on the Haqq Network, generating passive rewards that benefit both the stakers and various social projects. A portion of the staking rewards goes to Waqf projects, which are selected through AmanaDAO governance, ensuring that the system not only benefits individuals but also contributes to the greater good.

#### 3. What is USDC Rahn-Based Lending and Borrowing?

USDC Rahn-Based Lending and Borrowing is a Sharia-compliant method for lending and borrowing funds within the AmanaFi ecosystem. Borrowers can pledge $DEEN tokens as collateral to receive USDC loans, with a 120% collateral ratio. Unlike conventional loans, this model is interest-free, with a fixed monthly fee. Lenders can lock up their $USDC to earn a 6% APY, and the platform distributes the difference between borrowing fees and lender returns to $AMAN Governance Token holders.

#### 4. What is AmanaDAO?

AmanaDAO is the decentralised governance platform of the AmanaFi ecosystem. It allows holders of the $AMAN token to vote on new developments, improvements, and the allocation of Waqf funds within the platform. Participants can also submit proposals for changes or new projects, making AmanaDAO a key component of AmanaFi’s decentralised and community-driven structure.

#### 5. What is AmanaFi Open World?

AmanaFi Open World is a virtual environment that showcases the projects funded by Waqf contributions. Users can explore 3D models of these projects, such as schools and public wells, and participate in mini-games and interactions that highlight the importance of these initiatives. This feature enhances user engagement, transparency, and accountability within the AmanaFi ecosystem.

#### 6. What is the purpose of the $AMAN token?

The $AMAN token is the governance token of the AmanaFi ecosystem. It allows holders to participate in AmanaDAO, where they can vote on proposals and earn passive rewards. Holding $AMAN also entitles users to a share of the platform’s profits, in line with the Mudharabah (profit-sharing) principle.

#### 7. How is the $AMAN token distributed?

The total supply of $AMAN is 100,000,000 tokens. The distribution includes allocations for the team, airdrops, public and private sales, liquidity, marketing, and treasury. Each allocation has specific vesting periods to ensure long-term stability and prevent market flooding.

#### 8. What are the risks associated with AmanaFi?

Like any blockchain project, AmanaFi carries certain risks, including dependency on validators, network reliability, token volatility, regulatory changes, smart contract vulnerabilities, and liquidity challenges. However, these risks are mitigated through careful validator selection, proactive regulatory compliance, rigorous smart contract audits, and strong liquidity management strategies.

#### 9. How does AmanaFi ensure Sharia compliance?

AmanaFi is built on the principles of Islamic finance, ensuring that all transactions are conducted in a manner that is fully compliant with Sharia law. This includes interest-free lending through the Rahn contract, the ethical use of Waqf funds, and a governance structure that aligns with the principles of Mudharabah (profit-sharing).

#### 10. Can the roadmap change?

Yes, the roadmap is subject to change based on the collective decisions made by the AmanaDAO community. As a decentralised platform, AmanaFi is designed to be adaptable and responsive to the needs of its users, ensuring that the project remains aligned with its core mission.

#### 11. How do I get started with AmanaFi?

To get started, simply connect your wallet to the AmanaFi platform. From there, you can participate in Productive Waqf Staking, borrow or lend USDC, engage in governance through AmanaDAO, and explore the AmanaFi Open World. Each feature is designed to be user-friendly and compliant with Islamic finance principles.

#### 12. What are the benefits of holding $AMAN?

By holding $AMAN, you gain governance rights within AmanaDAO, allowing you to vote on key decisions and proposals. Additionally, you earn passive rewards in $ISLM, which are distributed from the fees generated within the AmanaFi ecosystem. This creates a sustainable and rewarding experience for long-term holders.
